This working session brought together 81 participants, for the whole day, not counting the representatives of permanent delegations to UNESCO, who in the context of an Executive Council making them not very available were nevertheless very present. Those who made themselves known during their informal passage were France, Switzerland, Austria, Lebanon, the United Arab Emirates and Venezuela.
