The Headquarters of the Press & Cartooning Global Forum is at the Permanent Center of Cartooning in Saint-Just-le-Martel.
The Saint-Just Culture Association Leisure Fair, 7 route du Château d’Eau, 87590 Saint-Just- the-Martel, ensures the treasury of the Press & Cartooning Global Forum and disposes only the rights of deposit of the funds and regulation of expenses.
The Ambassador of France, permanent delegate of France with UNESCO, SEM Laurent Stéfanini is President of Honor of the Press & Cartooning Global Forum.
Our late Gerard Vandenbroucke, Founder of the International Salon of Caricature, Humor and Cartooning of Saint Just, president of the first edition of the Press & Cartooning Global Forum in 2018, is Honorary President.
The Steering Committee is made up of the founders of the projects (Nicolas Jacquette and Jérôme Liniger), the Presidents of the Permanent Center of Saint-Just (Philippe Henri, Guy Hennequin and Sébastien Peaudecerf). representing the CRNI Europe – Cartooning Right Network International (Terry Anderson) and the director of Editions Les Petites Teignes (Chloé Verlhac-Tignous).
The Press & Cartooning Global Forum is indefectibly attached to the Permanent Center of Cartooning of Saint-Just -the-Martel whose Chairmen are permanent members of the Steering Committee of the Press & Cartooning Global Forum.
The members of the International Committee are active members of leading international organizations on the subject of Cartooning.
They are proposed to the Steering Committee and are integrated into the International Committee on a voluntary basis, their active involvement in the Press & Cartooning Global Forum objectives and their active solidarity with the Press & Cartooning Global Forum projects.
Only representatives who have physically participated in Press & Cartooning Global Forums can be integrated into the International Committee.
The organization and production of communication tools are provided by Nicolas Jacquette and Jérôme Liniger of the Si – Paris agency.
The financing of this post for the 2017,2018 and 2019 editions of the Press & Cartooning Global Forum was fully supported by the Si agency, including the layout and printing of the A3 dyprices for the working day and the post-event booklet.
